• Vehicle data (plate, model) for tire service records;
• Delivery addresses for equipment and scaffolding rental;
• Payment data processed through third-party processors;
• Fleet data for ongoing maintenance contracts;
• Security camera footage at facilities.

Legal basis: contract performance (tire services, rental), legal obligation (tax documents), legitimate interest (security), and consent (communications).

SHARING & RETENTION

We do not sell personal data. Sharing only with payment processors and authorities when required by law. Client data retained up to 5 years. Rental contracts for the rental period plus 2 years. Tax records per Brazilian tax law (5–10 years). Security footage up to 30 days.

SECURITY & YOUR RIGHTS

We implement measures to protect personal data. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data. We respond within 30 days. This policy may be updated periodically.
